He attended undergraduate at Yale University and graduated from Harvard Law School. Mr. Higgins was a patent litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster, and partner at Kirkland & Ellis. His vast experience in patent litigation and monetization is impressive: he has served as trusted outside counsel, in-house counsel, legal executive, and investment banker; and has assisted clients achieve victories ranging from Fortune 500 technology companies winning bet-the-company litigation to startups and solo inventors realizing life-changing settlements.
