Kramer Alberti Announces Promotion of Zack Higgins to Partner

Mr. Higgins is a highly experienced patent litigator, consistently ranked by IAM Strategy 300 as among the nation’s top IP practitioners and strategists. He attended undergraduate at Yale University and graduated from Harvard Law School. Mr. Higgins was a patent litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster, and partner at Kirkland & Ellis. His vast experience in patent litigation and monetization is impressive: he has served as trusted outside counsel, in-house counsel, legal executive, and investment banker; and has assisted clients achieve victories ranging from Fortune 500 technology companies winning bet-the-company litigation to startups and solo inventors realizing life-changing settlements. Mr. Higgins is a self-taught software engineer who builds Artificial Intelligence neural networks.
