John is an experienced technologist with more than 25 years experience as a scientist and engineer. His experience includes both hardware and software engineering in the areas of instrumentation, digital signal processing, image compression, mobile communications, embedded systems, enterprise computing and data mining/analysis. He works closely with Kramer Alberti’s litigation team conducting infringement, invalidity and strategy analysis on complex patent infringement cases.

John also has significant experience in intellectual property development, evaluation and licensing, with 10 issued patents to his name. He is also a registered patent agent.
