Robert is a trial lawyer who delivers top-notch results for his clients.  His practice focuses on patent litigation, monetization of patent assets, and patent licensing.   Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John A. Houston of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.  While in law school, Robert served as a judicial extern to Judge Houston, the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Honorable David H. Bartick of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Robert is a former college varsity tennis player and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
