Robert is a patent litigation attorney.

Prior to joining Kramer Alberti, Robert served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John A. Houston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. In law school, Robert served as a judicial extern to Judge Houston.  In addition, Robert served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel and the Honorable David H. Bartick.
